STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

To test our mission, values and vision statements by providing goals and a five year plan to reach the goals, one year at a time, to lead and reveal to our congregation and its committee leadership to where God is calling us to go.

GOALS OF VISIONING TASK FORCE

To analyze and clarify the goals that have been lifted up from the previous focus groups

Reshape the goals, if needed, from our deliberations and conversations with the congregation and its leadership.
Develop an implementation action plan for all the ministries and committees to follow over the next five year period, one year at a time.

Assess whether FLC’s structure, programs, staffing patterns, and resources present barriers or opportunities to realizing our vision, values and possible goals
